At Kids@Play we value traditional toys and games. We love to see kids really playing – not slumped in front of the TV or glued to a video game! However, we’re not traditionalists just for the sake of it.
We set up this company to put the fun back into childhood. Fun, to us, means being noisy, getting dirty, climbing trees, riding bikes through puddles and generally just being a child! Because we believe that whilst playing, kids are learning!
It’s also good for their physical health, improving their imagination and problem-solving abilities as well as building their social and communications skills.
We are parents too, and to be perfectly honest we were getting fed up with some other toy companies, certain parts of the media and even some schools (well, what about all the homework they get now?) turning our kids into ‘little adults’ before they even reach ten years old!
We are all for that wonderful, hilarious, exhausting but rewarding process called entertaining kids. We are mad about toys. So we’re using our extensive knowledge and experience of the toy industry to bring you traditional type toys but made in modern materials, manufactured in modern factories to the latest safety standards and regulations.
Our company is only four years old, but like all kiddies - we are growing up fast!
