Kids@play have a dedicated  customer service centre this service centre can provide assistance on assembly of our products, care of products, spare parts for products, and replacement batteries for Battery operated ride-on toys. 

Kids@Play are members of Sedex and we use sedex as the repository for ethical sourcing information.  Our factories are also signed up to sedex, and our customers are linked too.

Kids@play are a member of the British Toy and Hobby Association. The association was established in 1944, to represent the interests of British toy manufacturers and more importantly to raise standards of practice in the industry.
